As of May 1st, 2024, We have closed our Effingham office.
What does this mean for our Effingham patients?
If you are an established weight loss patient at our Effingham office, no need to worry! We will continue seeing Effingham patients either virtually, or in person here in the Du Quoin office.
We have options available for patients who wish to continue with their Lipo B-12 injections.
If you are a new or established Botox patient at our Effingham office, we are more than happy to continue seeing you in person at the Du Quoin location!
What does this mean for any new/future patients in the Effingham area?
For any new or future weight loss patients in the Effingham area, you will need to be seen in person in the Du Quoin office for your first appointment. Any follow-ups thereafter can be done via telehealth.
